Z racji, że fitness to nasze życie postanowiliśmy, że ogród będzie miejscem sportowo-wypoczynkowym. Tak, żeby dało się wypić tam spokojnie poranną kawę, przeczytać książkę, ale również porządnie poćwiczyć.</div>

Dodać przepłukaną na sicie soczewicę i przyprawy.Smażyć razem chwilę po czym wlać gorący bulion. Wszytko zagotować. Na wrzątek wrzucić pokrojoną pierś oraz garść fistaszków (nabiorą one miękkości) Gotować razem ok 15 min. Gotową zupę przelać do miseczki. <span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms" , sans-serif; font-size: large;">Piekarnik nagrzewamy do 180 stopni. Dynie myjemy i kroimy wzdłuż na pół, ogonki odcinamy. Z wewnątrz usuwamy pestki i włókna. Następnie dynie wydrążamy, pozostawiając warstwę miąższu o grubości ok. 1 cm, miąższ siekamy. Połówki dyni obsypujemy solą i ziołami prowansalskimi i wstawiamy do piekarnika. Trendy Lunch: Mhammas, grzyby leśne, groszek, tymianek gotujemy we wrzącej, osolonej wodzie. Cebulę, por, paprykę, marchewkę i pietruszkę kroimy. Na patelni rozpuszczamy olej kokosowy i smażymy na nim cebulę. Kiedy się już zeszkli dodajemy do niej paprykę i podsmażamy. Następnie dorzucamy do nich por, pietruszkę i marchewkę i posiekany miąższ dyni. W 50 ml wody rozpuszczamy pół kostki rosołowej i zalewamy tym warzywa. Gotujemy je na patelni aż do momentu kiedy staną się miękkie. Zalewamy je następnie mlekiem kokosowym, dodajemy przyprawy: kurkumę, paprykę słodką, paprykę wędzoną, sól, pieprz i cynamon. Do warzyw wrzucamy ugotowany Trendy Lunch i całość jeszcze chwilę gotujemy. W momencie gdy dynia będzie już prawie upieczona dodajemy do jej wnętrza przygotowany farsz. Całość pieczemy w piekarniku jeszcze przez około 10 minut, na koniec pieczenia dodajemy na wierzch dyni pokrojoną mozzarellę. Całość możemy posypać kolendrą, bądź suszoną pietruszką.</span><br />

<span style="font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Dzień przed przygotowywaniem dania zalej ciecierzycę ciepłą wodą. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: trebuchet ms, sans-serif; font-size: large;">Dwie duże cukinie trzemy na grubych oczkach tarki, najlepiej do dużej miski wyłożonej czystą ściereczką. Następnie odstawiamy ją na około 5 minut, aż puści soki. Bardzo mocno odciskamy cukinię z resztek wody i przekładamy jej 2 szklanki do nowej miski. </span><span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms", sans-serif; font-size: large;">Kaszę jaglaną przepłukujemy ciepłą wodą i gotujemy na miękko z wodą w stosunku 1:2. </span><span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms", sans-serif; font-size: large;">Do miski przekładamy ciecierzycę, obrany czosnek i cebulę oraz olej, sos sojowy i przyprawy. Całość miksujemy na gładką pastę. </span><span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms", sans-serif; font-size: large;">Do dużej miski z cukinią przekładamy pastę z ciecierzycy, kaszę jaglaną i porządnie mieszamy. W młynku mielimy pestki słonecznika oraz płatki owsiane, a następnie dodajemy je do masy na burgery. </span><span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms", sans-serif; font-size: large;">Całość doprawiamy do smaku solą i pieprzem lub dodatkową porcją przypraw - u nas słodka i ostra papryka. Miskę odkładamy na 15 minut, aż masa zgęstnieje (płatki i słonecznik wchłoną wodę). Piekarnik nagrzewamy do 200°C. </span><span style="font-family: "trebuchet ms", sans-serif; font-size: large;">Burgery formujemy zwilżonymi dłońmi i układamy na blasze wyłożonej papierem do pieczenia. Pieczemy je przez około 35 minut, pod koniec przekładając na drugą stronę (podważając je delikatnie łopatką). Gdy będą zarumienione i chrupiące z zewnątrz – są gotowe. </span><br />
